We hire experienced construction professionals and ensure that they have the best equipment, technology and workplace environment. We work hard to provide them with opportunities that are both challenging and rewarding.

Partnership is deeply imbedded in our culture. Because successful projects require an integrated team approach -- which may consist of other employees, client representatives, consultants, sub-trades, suppliers and landlords -- managing the process with professionalism ensures the best outcome for our clients.

Our staff includes carpenters and general labourers who are as instrumental to our service delivery as our project managers. Our site supervisors are required to have a carpentry background and our young employees are apprentices-in-training. We encourage and fund all education and training programs, which is why MARANT has a growing number of in-house LEED AP's!
