Customer Care Service Team

One of MARANT’s principal goals in business has always been to develop and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, integrity and excellent service.

After the initial project, our Customer Care Service Team takes over.  They specialize in quick response construction service work, small category renovation projects, as well as on-going preventative maintenance. 

Our team is structured to provide an immediate acknowledgment of your inquiry, and a target turnaround on quotation in 24 hours.  With an approved work order, the service will be scheduled by our Service Coordinator for the next available appointment.   In the event of an emergency situation, our response time will be accelerated to meet the demand.

Our Customer Care Service Team will work with you on an as-needed basis or under a Master Services Agreement or, we work with you to create a comprehensive facility maintenance program customized to your needs. This way, we can provide, efficient, cost-effective services that will meet all your facility needs.
