In conjunction with the selected design professionals and/or project managers, MARANT will visit the sites of short listed real estate options. We will complete an overview space audit related to systems and existing conditions and prepare budget estimates and preliminary construction timelines based on feasibility plans completed by the design consultant. Based on our building and/or space audits, we can also provide the broker with critical information that can be used as leverage during lease negotiations.
