PRE-LEASE SERVICES
MARANT is well qualified to consult in a strategic capacity with members of the real estate and project management community during pre-lease negotiations. The expertise we can provide helps to complete the financials necessary to present a complete real estate options analysis.
In conjunction with the selected design professionals and/or project managers, MARANT will visit the sites of short listed real estate options. We will complete an overview space audit related to systems and existing conditions and prepare budget estimates and preliminary construction timelines based on feasibility plans completed by the design consultant. Based on our building and/or space audits, we can also provide the broker with critical information that can be used as leverage during lease negotiations.
TENANT SERVICES
One of MARANT's principal goals in business has always been to develop and maintain long-term business relationships based on trust, integrity and excellent service. We continue to service our clients long after the main project is completed whether to hang a new door or build some additional offices. We maintain a full-time team of carpenters and general labourers to provide prompt, efficient, cost-effective services to our clients on an on-going basis to meet all their facility needs.
