A new Canadian institution that manages and invests surplus contributions to the Canada Pension Plan in order to sustain the future pensions of 17 million contributors. The company experienced tremendous growth in a relatively short period of time, growing from just under 50 full time staff in 2003 to over 650 in 2014. MARANT was retained as the construction manager and became part of the tenant’s consulting team to plan and implement a facility strategy to keep pace with the company’s growth.

The scope of this on-going engagement involved the renovation of many existing floors (one at a time) and the expansion construction of additional floors, including hi-tech conferencing facilities. Several of the floors have been renovated more than once during our eight year engagement.
